Run over the finer details of your project, including the marketing objectives, target audience, site structure and functionality. We’ll follow up with a full written proposal outlining all of the detail.

Concept
We create and send you a homepage design concept to demonstrate our vision.
Step 4
3-10 days
Homepage Signoff
We listen to your feedback, and adapt things until you’re happy – we don’t have a limit on iterations. Sometimes things can take longer here if we’re waiting for imagery or content.
Step 5
3-10 days
Full Design
We now produce artwork concepts for the rest of the website, keeping things consistent to the established homepage aesthetic.
Step 6
1-4 weeks
Refine
Once you’re content is added, some retrimming is often needed to ensure things flow nicely. Depending on how soon amended content and decisions can be made, this can be as little as a week, but sometimes is longer.

Develop
The website build starts when you are 100% happy with all artwork. Your dedicated developer will be in touch to say hello, as well as give you a completion date for your project.

Optimise
Toward the end of the website build, our SEO specialist individuall optimised each page for optimal search performance, analysing hundreds of different factors for best results.

How long will my website build take?
From initial contact, a website typically takes 3 months to complete. A client will usually receive a homepage design within 2 weeks of signing the proposal to start work*.
*Dependent on the client providing current branding, images and content.
Do you offer ongoing WordPress support?
Yes, in fact, we pride ourselves on being able to provide up to 30 minutes of website support to our customers each month*. Our support includes content and image tweaks, as well as uploading blogs or projects as and when required.
*30 minutes is non-rolling and expires at the end of each month (it cannot be built up over time).
Can I make changes to the website myself?
Yes! Upon going live, you can request training from our team who will show you how to edit the content and images on your website. We are also happy to provide you with video tutorials so that you can look back to them in the future.
