SEO Specialist

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own SEO across a portfolio of client websites – researching, optimising and reporting with purpose. Day to day, that means keyword research and on-page optimisation, technical audits and fixes, content strategy and creation, link building, local SEO, and Google Business management.

You’ll work closely with our designers and developers to make sure SEO is baked in from the start, not bolted on at the end.

You’ll also contribute to our GEO offering – helping clients show up in AI-driven search results, not just traditional ones.

We don’t hide behind 40-page reports that nobody reads. We report on what actually matters: visibility, rankings and domain authority. Clients stay because the work works.

What we’re looking for

You know your way around Google Search Console, Analytics and the usual SEO toolkit. You understand that SEO is a long game and you’re comfortable making that case to clients.

You write well, think analytically, and don’t need hand-holding to manage your own workload. Honest, organised, and results-focused. That’s the type of person who thrives here.
